We are so absolutely thrilled to be here. As readers of the "creation" blog know, it was a long and arduous path to the opening of Brooks Tavern in the Radcliffe Mill. But that was then and this is now. We plan to share here a bit of our lives at the restaurant, the good, the bad and the ugly as well. We won't be giving away any trade secrets! but we might let you in on a few little known restaurant facts along the way. 
Eventually we hope that our staff will contribute their thoughts as well, and we'll post a few pictures here and there to add some life. Updates may be a little sparse at first - after all, we've only been open for one week - but we should be able to do a few posts a week as we get into a routine. See you at the Mill!

ReplyDeleteWish we'd known sooner, we'd've been there to applaud and eat on opening day...We lost our e-mail and bookmarks in some sort of computer glitch, so didn't see anything until yesterday. Thanks for keeping us all up to date. See ya soon. Connie and Stu Godwin
