How can a men's room be controversial? Well, it's not really the room itself, it's the window looking out over the parking lot. There's some discussion as to the fact that men can be viewed from the parking lot - at night - while they are in the men's room. You can't see anything "interesting", just from the sink area really, but it is a little disconcerting to some of our patrons as they walk by the window in the evening and they see a man obviously (and obliviously) in the bathroom.
Women seem to hate it. Men don't seem to care.
What say you? Cover the window or leave it as it is?
These shots were taken after lunch today - you can see Kevin is the subject in the first photo. It's a little more daring at night. The last photo is the view from inside.

Have you considered inside shutters or covering the windows with a glaze or frosted plastic that would blur the image but let in the light?
