Pear Cosmopolitan - 33.
The BT Pear Cosmo is our new favorite drink. We fashion it after the one I had at Bar Bouloud in NYC, which I still think was actually better than ours (what are we missing?), but still the BT version is pretty tasty. We use Absolute Pear Vodka and the St. Germain liquor, which BB uses as well. For garnish we float (or sink, rather) a "pear chip", which is a very thin slice of pear, briefly blanched in simple syrup and then baked in a slow oven until it becomes crispy. When you've finished your drink you gobble up the alcohol soaked pear slice as an added treat!
