The first tomatoes from Redman's arrived yesterday. We've had a couple quarts of cherry tomatoes, but these are the first "full size" ones of the summer. What does this mean? It means: a) summer is truly here; b) you can safely eat tomatoes at BT any time we have them, since we only use locally raised; and c) tomatoes are again available for you BT Burger!
We're planning on dinner 'out' tonight at BT! (if she gets finished milking in time before your door is SHUT). So from your blog post I am assuming there will be fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil as a small plate option??? And, a wine glass with a star etched into the glass?
