One Man's Answer to Gasoline Prices

This young man has one answer to the price of fuel...he uses
fry oil in his Mercedes.

Every so often, Mark Dykman comes to our back door
and picks up our used fryer oil.

We used to take it over to O'Connors and Frank let us put it in the tank with his, which he arranged to be picked up. In payment we'd give Frank periodic fresh fry oil.

Now Mark uses it. He strains it and mixes it with the diesel fuel to run his engine. He says in the summer he could actually run on 100% Fry Oil! Is this not amazing or what?
I don't know what sort of emissions this produces, but I bet it smells better than diesel fuel!
And it sure is easier to get rid of our used fryer oil these days.
