Attention to Detail

You know, they say the devil is into details...well, we are too.

We firmly believe it is the little things you do that yield the biggest results in the end. We call it "attention to detail", and in this business it's all about detail. Take the soup cups and bowls, shown above. As the weather gets colder out side, so does our kitchen, in side. That powerful hood pulls the warm air over the line out and brings the cold, cold air from the outside in. This makes for a pretty chilly environment for anything that is not right on the line. We always keep the plates in a warm oven, winter and summer, but the soup cups also need some heat, this time of year. We do other things too, like heat those thick coffee mugs with hot water before we pour the coffee and warm the teapots the same way. Little things add up, good or bad, to big things. In this case it's all about keeping warm, eh?
