Coming Soon, to a Restaurant Near You!


The cassoulet begins! Many cooks, including Harriet Silcox, Julia Child, and Joel Robuchon have been consulted (not necessarily personally, mind you!) Start with beans, simmered with a huge carrot, a big slab of smoky pork rind, and a couple of onions... Can't wait for the weekend!
