Our New Favorite Food




The "BT Stir-fry" is Kevin's latest take on the Marvesta shrimp, or often enough, sea scallops
or chicken or rockfish, or a combination thereof. It is delicious, and quite popular at lunch and at dinner. Rice noodles, purple cabbage, watercress, onion, sometime mushrooms, sometimes cilantro, quickly cooked in the wok with the protein,
and finished with a honey-ginger glaze that just sends the flavors over the top.
Plus, it's low-fat! This dish is giving the iconic oyster fritter a run for the money this winter.
