For obvious reasons, Kevin does 99.9% of the cooking at our house...unless fried chicken is on the menu. Then it is my turn...and here's how it looked on Sunday night on our stove. One whole chicken, four cast iron frying pans, two hungry people = enough chicken for the whole week!
