New salad small plate last night should be called "Redman's Salad". It features their spinach, their tomatoes and their eggplant, with our housemade mozzarella. Tasty stuff.
Busy on the line last night. Closest to you is Sous-chef Kevin, then you have new-in-the-middle John (who is always hungry and never gets enough into his lanky frame, it seems), with Chef Kevin at the other end, and garde manger Matt over on the salad station. No way could I get a picture that wasn't blurry, the way they were constantly in motion.
