
A pile of beautiful St. Brigid's Farm veal loin chops await us.

This is not your garden variety, milk-fed veal - that seems wan in
comparison to this meaty chop. Beautifully red, cut thick,
this is going to be what's for dinner tonight for a few lucky diners.

And for dessert: you can't beat the Sweet Potato Pecan Pie,
right out of Paul Prudhomme's play list.
Here we see it directly from the oven. Later we'll see it with a
nice glob of whipped cream, on a fork headed to a mouth.
