Two pictures from Saturday night meals. The top is of the Veal Meatloaf, which is served with a melting of mozzarella cheese and sundried tomatoes. That is the sort of picture that Kevin doesn't really like to see, since it makes the plate look overloaded and one-dimensional...but it looks really good to us, and certainly to the customers!

The bottom shot is how the scallops were presented, with a couple of polenta triangles and a bed of tomato sauce, garnished with garlic/olive/herb mayonnaise.

Makes me hungry...
