On Being a Chef

People out there would have you believe that being a "Chef" is a glamorous job, comprising cooking for stars and enjoying all the great food you can drink. I suppose for some it may be, but not for our Chef Kevin. He is a hands-on kind of guy. Thank goodness, no task is too small, or too dirty, or too beneath him. Perhaps the Culinary Schools who produce "chefs" should include "equipment maintenance" in their curricula!!
