The theme for this year's Taste of the Town, indeed, the theme for the busy weekend of events in Chestertown, revolves around the "green" notion of locally grown and produced. It is in that spirit that Kevin arrived at work this morning just a little after six to literally crank out 50 pounds of St. Brigid's veal sausage into long links. This will become the sliders for our "taste" on Sunday.
