Just so you know, we do not use shredded romaine lettuce here at Brooks Tavern, which is what is being recalled by the FDA. We purchase the whole heads, through Annapolis Produce, and do our own prepping. The product in question is bagged, shredded romaine, sold via FreshWay stores or Imperial Sysco. It apparently came from a plant in Arizona...just what that state needs, eh?
