Corn and Prime Rib

The first corn of the summer, from Arnold Farms this morning.  

It is so dry, we are lucky to get any at all, IMHO.
We need some serious rain.

And check out this St.Brigid's Farm Prime Rib

we served last night, ready for the oven.

And here it is, ready for the fork!
It looked so incredibly appetizing, 

and I am pleased to say it lived up to it's looks.
