Jeff Tomsic of Chesapeake Restaurant Design Richmond stopped by the other day for lunch with his wife. They were headed up to Chesapeake City. He is the fellow who really got our kitchen in place, delivered all of the equipment and helped see that it was installed properly...he dealt with all the problems we had with the walk-in and saw to it that we had someone to help us put up shelving and iron out kinks. It was quite a pleasant surprise to see him. It was the first time he'd been up to our area since we've opened and luckily we were were having a busy lunch to impress him with!
