We were slamming busy last night, with our Prix-fixe menu selling out by 7:30. My shot of the tamale pie in it's final presentation was too blurry to recognize, but the above sight of it still in it's pan gives you an idea of how nicely it turned out. The first picture is of the whimsical starter that Megan plated up - a smoked salmon and cream cheese tortilla stack, with sauce verde. Very tasty. Maybe there's some left for breakfast...
