The long awaited return of the Marvesta Shrimp looked like this last night. Served with polenta that had cilantro baked in it, refried black beans, diced tomatoes and a smattering of lemon beurre blanc.
Head's on, so you know they're fresh! (Hence, "Tank to Table", in case you didn't get it...)
Meanwhile, the scallops have been looking like this lately:
That's a crisped corn tortilla they are nestled on, with some of that tasty tomatillo salsa.
