Recent Specials and the Thursday Burger

Winter meets Spring seems to be the theme of this plate of St. Brigid's Farm veal medallions garnished with poached oysters and Redman's asparagus.  Those are of sprigs of chervil, which is running amok in our garden, sprinkled over all.

More asparagus - this time from Joseph - with Marvesta shrimp and andouille sausage. Tasty!

 Last night's Burger - sauteed spinach and feta cheese - was quite popular, tied with the Cuban for second place in a four week trial.

This weekend will see this chunk of yellowfin tuna paired with...well, you'll just have to wait for the FaceBook notice to find out...which means to say Kevin hasn't decided yet!  But it sure is a nice piece of fish flesh, eh?

Eat.  Drink.  Relax.   That is the BT Way.   Come.  On.  Down.
