Let's Eat!

First, the stuffed breast of veal special, filled and rolled, wrapped and tied.  Ready for the roasting pan.

And now, a few other dishes we would love to sample:

The Marvesta shrimp with their heads on a pillow of grits.

Cod under its blanket of tomatoes, bacon and lemon butter sauce.

The "new" chicken dish - gumbo style, with Kevin's andouille sausage.

The chocolate pie, tarted up.



It's been a crazy week, with plenty of employee issues.  In addition there is the veal delivery, the missing liquor delivery, the lost chicken delivery.  We are, as usual, rolling with the punches and living for the weekend.  Just like everyone else in the world, eh?   At least we get to eat pretty well!
