Zach and Lucas were in last night, dressed in their martial arts gi, for dinner with Mom. I sent them straight into the kitchen to introduce them to our resident black belt, Chef Kevin. Kevin had Lucas demonstrate four kicks and a block before sending them back out into the dining room to enjoy dinner.
