BBF Pork Roast

The first pork roast from our Black Bottom Farm hog went into the lower, slower oven at 10PM on Thursday night, after a quick browning in the hot convection oven.


At 7AM Friday morning it came out, looking like this:

And on Friday night it was on the plate, looking like this:

Yes, it sold out.  But don't worry, that pig had more than one shoulder roast!
