The turkey burger made an appearance this week, with seasoning from jalapeno peppers and cilantro, melted jack on top and black bean puree underneath.
Broccoli in the form of this salad is new on the lunch menu. It includes roasted red peppers, candied walnuts and house-made mozzarella, tossed in the balsamic vinaigrette. A very pleasant way to get some vegetables inside you!
And one night only! The very seasonal, very pricey Nantucket Bay scallops, on a nest of house-made capellini, Smithfield ham and cream. This has to be one of the very best dishes anyone has eaten in a long time, and I think we had ten orders available, all quickly snapped up by some lucky Thursday night diners.
