Contemporary food in a Mill...can it be any good?
I'm making a whole duckling...any cooking suggestions???
Throw some cut potatoes into the roasting pan with the duck for the last 45 minutes, for a tasty duck-fat basted side dish...
Ooooh- how do you dry brine? I am wet brining my turkey starting tomorrow.Also going to do a pumpkin bread pudding after getting inspired by your bread pudding last week! Sooooooo good!
I added a link in the post above to a recipe for dry-brined turkey. We'll see how well it works!
