CountDown to Turkey Time

Our TG Turkey is going to be dry-brined - which is what Kevin did to it this morning.  How's everyone else doing?

  2. Throw some cut potatoes into the roasting pan with the duck for the last 45 minutes, for a tasty duck-fat basted side dish...

  3. Ooooh- how do you dry brine? I am wet brining my turkey starting tomorrow.

    Also going to do a pumpkin bread pudding after getting inspired by your bread pudding last week! Sooooooo good!
