Kitchen Table Chef's Dinner

Erin and Jim Gillespie dined at the Kitchen Table last night, with Chef's Dinner For Two gift certificate they won at the Hospital Golf Tournament in June.  It was very cold in the kitchen, as it is wont to be when it is very cold outside, but they were game for it.  Erin had dressed in layers and Jim is used to being out side in the cold anyway.  I think they enjoyed their multi-courses of small plates.  It was a great night to watch the kitchen operation, and Jim paid us the supreme compliment: he commented on the efficiency of the team.  Seeing as he is the President of one of Kent County's largest businesses, he certainly knows competency when he sees it.  Thanks Erin and Jim!
