We Make Fresh Pasta

The pasta dough is put through the sheeter to form these great, long sheets of pasta.

Next, a pizza cutter is used to cut it into more manageable sized sheets.

The Kitchen Aide attachment makes the fettuccine.


And then the coils of pasta are placed on a sheetpan, ready for the crab and
Smithfield ham and cream!! Sorry I didn't get a picture of that!
