And finally we have a shot of noodles drying on Mary Etta's tables at her home near Kennedyville. Mary Etta and her chickens supply us with our eggs - and have for over 20 years - which are featured in an omelet on our lunch menu. Mary Etta makes noodles when she has an excess of eggs and uses them mostly in her Chicken Noodle Soup.
