For Rent - fully equipped restaurant centrally located (in the middle of nowhere...) and ready to open. A few minor cosmetic issues to take care of and you, too, could be a restaurateur. Think of all the perks - all the food and drink you want, any time of day or night, a cool bar to hang out at with your friends and neighbors, plenty of parking in case you need to sell your boat or RV, plenty of ice for the cooler...hmmm, this doesn't sound like my life.... Let's rephrase this:

For Rent - fully equipped restaurant. You staff it, tend it, run it, manage it. They will come for the good food and genuine service. This would be the Kennedyville Inn building, which is now ready for new tenants.
