Our First CSA Box

We got our first box from Colchester Farm yesterday, as per our CSA membership. Some pretty tasty looking stuff, if a little wee on the quantity...We're signed up for the "medium" membership, but maybe we should've sprung for "large"! Anyway, the greens were beautiful - crisp and fresh - and the garlic scapes will be fun to use (those are those curly things in the back of the box). There were even a few peas, which I think will be put to personal use.
