Broccoli makes it's first appearance in this week's Colchester Farms CSA box, alongside a couple varieties of eggplant (including one little white one), several colors of bell peppers, some purple potatoes, a rainbow of cherry tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, beets, regular tomatoes and garlic! What an abundance of color and variety of vegetables this week!
