TG Approaches


I had this photo of a roasted turkey on the side bar, but with the (rapid) approach of ThanksGiving, I decided to bump it up a notch. We roast turkeys here on a weekly basis, getting them fresh from Locust Point Farms, and using them mostly for the Tidewater sandwich on the lunch menu and lately for Turkey Mole, served with a cheese quesadilla. I hope your TG turkey comes out of the oven looking as nice as this one...and I hope ours does too!
