Cassoulet!

This is how the bowl of cassoulet we served on Saturday night came out. The portion was way too big. But, it got very positive reviews...I mean, what's not to like: a steaming plate of sausage, duck, and lamb in a juicy bean stew. No one left a bite behind - they were guaranteed a great lunch the next day with the leftovers!
