Senate Bill 338

Call/email/write your state legislators to tell them you support Senate Bill 338, recently (re)introduced this session, if you support a repeal of the law that makes it a felony (?!) to have wine shipped directly from the producer in, say, California, to the consumer, in, say, Kennedyville. This issue comes up every year, and every year the State Distributors buy it down. The Washington Business Journal article from February 6 discusses some of the pros and cons that the state, and consumers, would face were there to be a change in the current law.
