Wednesday Night Menu Selection

Finally, a post about Brooks Tavern! and the food!
First we have the famous cheese enchilada with sauce verde, black bean puree and shrimp.


Above is an example of our Women's History month special, in conjunction with ArtWorks "Great Women Artists". Ours is a fish taco in honor of our artist, Carolyn Reynolds, who's painting we proudly hang at the end of the bar.


Next we have the entree for tonight's Wednesday night prix-fixe:
Clementine Paddleford's chicken pie.


This is the Marvesta Shrimp with sausage over pasta.


The chicken with spinach, pasta and mushrooms is very popular.


The calamari's new twist include polenta sticks and a caper vinaigrette.

Of course there are a few salads on the menu!
They just didn't get photographed tonight...
