Here's a link to the update on HB1262/SB338, currently under discussion in the Maryland legislature. We posted about this earlier this year. I also found a page where you can easily send an email to your representative supporting (or not) this bill. (It's sponsored by a wine shipping company, of course!) Maybe this will be the year.
