And on the Beef Side


Since we are showing pictures of raw food here this morning, I thought you'd appreciate the quality of these rib-eyes we've been serving, from SBF. They have been very popular - last night a fellow at the bar said it was the best steak he'd ever had, that he'd never had beef that tasted like it before. And it is beautiful meat too, bright red, great marbling, but not too much of that big, chunky fat you often see in rib-eyes. I sure wish I could have one...but you know how it is with things that are in limited quantity - family hold back.
