Chicken Raviolo

This was the entree last night for the Prix-fixe menu - a chicken and ricotta cheese filled raviolo.
For the first time in the 10 months we've been offering this Wednesday night special menu, we sold out before the night was over. By 7PM we had no more. Why people alerted to it, I don't know, but when they were served it, we could tell it was a big hit.

I wonder if we'll ever see it again...
