Ever been to New England and had the ubiquitous Lobster Roll? And there's a very good offering at the Pearl Oyster Bar in NYC. Well, here we have the Chesapeake Bay Version, Spring episode - the Crab and Asparagus Roll, on the freshly made dog roll from Brooks Tavern. This will be our new signature lunch item, at least while the asparagus is coming in the back door!
