Cathy Redman, pictured above with Kevin, came by this morning with our asparagus order. She is a regular customer, as well as vegetable-provider-extraordinaire, and admits also to reading this blog on occasion. She told us that the CrabRoll blog post was her inspiration for dinner last night, after seeing the picture. It happened like this: her mom-in-law came over with some leftover goose salad, made with her homemade dressing. Cathy had some leftover Mexican dinner ingredients in her fridge, plus of course all the asparagus she could care to use. She took some tortillas, spread them with cheese, the goose salad, mixed in some asparagus and voila! her latest dinner creation. It was a big hit at the Redman dinner table, and Cathy generously lays the credit with Kevin's CrabRoll. We beg to differ - she was inspired, maybe, by the photo, but the successful creation of a tasty dinner was all her doing.
