...pork porterhouse, that is. These babies, fresh cut from the Van de Rose pork loin Kevin regularly gets, are beautiful. Someone on Saturday night came in for dinner because they'd heard of the Pork Porterhouse we'd served last week, but they were a few days too early.
Kevin wasn't aware that there is a bit of a controversy regarding eating pork these days (he doesn't get out much) but we are not scared of our product - if we were, we wouldn't serve it.
Tomorrow's prix-fixe will also feature pork, as a chop, with peach chutney...
