Ice Machine + Holiday Weekend = You Guessed It

Yes, that is Glenn Morton of Morton Brothers Refrigeration. And yes, that is our ice machine he is "working" on. And yes, it is Friday of Labor Day Weekend. And yes, the ice machine is not feeling very well. It's been performing very slowly at it's job for several weeks now. Glenn looked at it last week and couldn't find anything wrong, so we chalked it up to heat and big usage.

But when it wasn't any better this (cooler) week, we started to get worried, and when Glen came by he took another look. We hope that stabbing directly into the brain with a screwdriver has done the trick. At least it doesn't seem to be shutting itself off, even when the bin is only half full.

Anyway with this machine, even working at 25%, there's enough ice for the weekend. We just can't share with Mickey.
