Grilled Cheese...with Asparagus

Of course with two crates of fresh, local asparagus in the house, we've been seeing some on the plates - the grilled cheese with asparagus and bacon at lunch today was a prime example. Someone remarked that the cheddar cheese tasted like "cheddar used to taste". That's because it's good cheddar cheese!

And this "Hawaiian" spinach salad has gone over big,
with roasted pineapple and ham.
Lunch at Brooks has never been so good!
