The salesman covering the territory for Legends Distributor stopped by last week to introduce himself and bring us a couple sample beers. Shawn Smith did the right thing - I was all over that Dale's Pale Ale, having heard about it forever. One of the first micro breweries to offer beer in the more sustainable aluminum container, keeping the beer fresher and less weighty for transport, Oskar Blues in Longmont Colorado makes some good pale ale!
I also got in a Massachusetts beer from the Cape Ann Brewing Company : their "Fisherman's Brew", an amber lager. A case of Weyerbacher's "Hops Infusion", out of PA, rounded out my inaugural order. We look forward to more of their craft beer offerings in the future! Meanwhile:
