Polly and Mackey joined us for a return engagement in the kitchen tonight. Polly was really excited to have sweetbreads! It was a pretty slow Thursday, so the excitement factor behind the scenes was slim to none, but they seemed to enjoy themselves anyway. I know we enjoyed having them with us!
