Staffing Update - Continued

We now have three new cooks in the kitchen, one new dishwasher, and three new dining room staffers.  Lucky to have them too.  The cooks all seem to be terrific hires - enthusiastic, energetic and willing to learn.  Two have been cooks in a previous life, but have been spending the past several years being stay-at-home moms. The third has limited experience in a kitchen, but is very interested in learning a new job skill and so far is showing great promise.  The new dishwasher is attending W.C. and needs money for rent and food - he is picking up all the extra shifts he wants lately! We couldn't be happier with the future of the kitchen. The fine tuning of the new staff in the dining room takes a lot longer, but if they are willing to be slowly coached in the ways of Brooks Tavern, they will end up with some very marketable skills.

What a remarkable turn-around!  This time next month, if all goes well, Kevin will be back on Easy Street.
