Most of you who know me, know that I am not one to cave. I am a Capricorn, after all. But on the chopstick-as-ice-tea-stirrer issue, I give in. We are down to our last dozen chopsticks and I say, take them. We'll start using regular old ice tea spoons today and heck with it. I imagine some of our customers will be fine with that - after all, the ice tea spoon looks nothing like a straw...but I am sad that we couldn't continue to use something a little different. After going through about 500 in the past 3.5 years, the last few chopsticks will continue to be available for use as...chopsticks!
