Kevin's two brothers, Tom (left) and Mike (right) came down from Spring Lake, New Jersey this morning just to have lunch at the Brooks Tavern. They enjoyed a four course extravaganza, prepared by the Chef. First course was the pasta of the day - linguine with spinach, shrimp and garlic. Next came a plate of mixed greens with griddled salmon and a lemon garlic vinaigrette. The third course was the classic SausageWich. Dessert for Tom was the lemon icebox pie, while Mike was seduced by the chocolate pudding cake.
It was wonderful to see them.
