I wanted to get this shot of the burger griddle when there were seven burgers on there; but by the time I came back with the camera, three were being plated. It really was Burger Mania last night. Kev had his work cut out for him; it sounded like every order that Rodrigo called out had some kind of burger on it. When it was all over we had served 28 Burgers, 17 of which were the Thursday Burger - that would be St. Brigid's house ground beef with house made Andouille sausage on a house made bun with house made Cajun mayonnaise (spicy stuff!) with hand cut french fries. If we'd put some of our house made bread and butter pickles on the plate, we could take full credit!
Don't know where you'd get a better burger than at Brooks Tavern for lunch, dinner or on Thursday nights!
