Burger Mania

Not a terribly busy Thursday night last night, for Burger Night, but the percentage of Special Burgers that were ordered was right up there with the busiest.  And no wonder:

This is the first one to go out, and the only one with a "cherry" on top.  The BT BLT Burger = Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato of course, but with the addition of roasted jalapeno mayonnaise slathered on the tomato.  Delicious.  A few people used their knife and fork on the attack, but the hard core Burger Night fans picked it up with both hands and had at it.  It sure looked like a lot of fun.

There was a little customizing  - some wanted cheese, some wanted onions.  The more the merrier.  Couldn't you just wrap your jaw around one of those babies right now?
